Refund inquiries for services may be submitted by contacting us at ibrelevateandaccelerate@gmail.com. All refund requests are subject to review and approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, as timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
You understand that credit repair results may vary and that some accounts may be closed during the dispute process. Aggressive packages may use a sweep method. You understand that these results are not guaranteed and that you are still responsible for any debts owed.
If you have previously worked with another credit repair company, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be approved under any circumstances. Additionally, if one or more items are disputed or removed as a result of our services, you understand that you are not eligible for a refund.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
